The Real Estate and Property Practice Group routinely counsels a diverse spectrum of real estate industry participants and stakeholders on a wide range of corporate undertakings where real estate and property are at the forefront of key transactions.
We represent clients from private individuals, companies, property developers, and investors, both foreign and local, in complex and high-value corporate real estate transactions involving a comprehensive array of property asset classes. From the acquisition and disposal of assets including office, retail, hotel, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use properties to joint venture conducted via special purpose investment vehicles, our team has the requisite in-depth industry knowledge and commercial acumen to assist clients in even the most complex transactions where real estate is the critical subject matter at hand.
Our team regularly acts for prominent real estate and property developers including two of the largest developer companies in Malaysia. We are on the panels of almost all major domestic financial institutions for the purposes of acquisition and project finance.

Advising, reviewing and drafting the key documents for the disposal of two leasehold industrial lands totaling 48 acres in Kuantan for the consideration of RM155 million.
Advising, reviewing and drafting the sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 4 acres of freehold land in a prime location in Klang Valley for approximately RM35 million.
Advising, reviewing and drafting the sales and purchase agreement for the disposal of industrial lands with a cumulative purchase consideration of RM15.2 million in Rawang, Selangor.
Advising, reviewing and drafting the sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 3 acres of land in central Klang Valley for the consideration of RM32 million.
Advising on the tenancy agreements on residential and commercial buildings in the Klang Valley including Mont Kiara, KL Sentral, Eco Nest, Eco Ardence and Bukit Bintang City Centre.
Advising and drafting the Co-Brand Agreement between a top tier multinational developer and Alliance Bank Berhad in conjunction with the former's loyalty programme including all ancillary legal framework relating to the administration of the said programme.
